This led me on a road of self-discovery and healing and I developed the The Balanced Edit method to get me back on track. What is The Balanced Life? It’s a state of mind, a way of living that is in balance with our feminine energy rather than at odds with it. It’s a transformative way of living that incorporates the four key principles I used to beat burnout, wellness, manifesting, feminine energy and mindset. These principles when combined create The Balanced Life.
