Hi and welcome to The Balanced Edit. I’m Sophie and in 2020 I suffered full-blown burnout. This led me on a road of self-discovery and healing and I developed the The Balanced Edit method to get me back on track. What is The Balanced Life? It’s a state of mind, a way of living that is in balance with our feminine energy rather than at odds with it. It’s a transformative way of living that incorporates the four key principles I used to beat burnout, wellness, manifesting, feminine energy and mindset. These principles when combined create The Balanced Life.

In 2020 I earned the moniker of The Green Guru, thanks to my innovative and eco-friendly approach to wellness and holistic living. As a 200hr yoga teacher, my passion for mindfulness and wellness practices extends into my daily life. I love luxury travel and incorporate my four key principles to live a balanced lifestyle, which has helped me to recover from burnout and maintain a balanced life.
